Our Quality Assurance Process
Sampling Procedure
Sampling protocols are mutually agreed between buyer and seller before shipment. We follow industry-standard methods appropriate to each commodity, ensuring representative samples are taken from each lot or container.
Moisture Basis & Tolerances
Moisture content is measured and reported on an as-received basis at the load port. Tolerances are contractually agreed, and payable weight is adjusted accordingly. Typical drying temperature and duration are specified per commodity.
Independent Assay
Samples are submitted to internationally recognized, independent assay laboratories. Analytical methods (ICP, fire assay, XRF, etc.) are chosen based on commodity and element requirements. Full certificates of analysis are provided with each shipment.
Umpire Assay Process
In the event of a significant discrepancy between buyer and seller assays, an umpire assay is commissioned at a mutually agreed third-party laboratory. The umpire result is final and binding for settlement purposes.
Documentation Package
Every shipment includes: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, independent assay certificates, MSDS (where applicable), Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, and any additional documents required by destination customs.
Dispute Resolution
Contracts include clear dispute resolution mechanisms, typically arbitration under internationally recognized rules. We aim to resolve quality disputes amicably through dialogue and technical review before escalation.

Samples are analyzed by ISO 17025 accredited laboratories with proven track records in mineral assays.
